For the last decade +, I served as the Chief Operating Officer of a property management and real estate development firm in New England. During my tenure, I led the organization through a period of massive transformation: tripling staff headcount, maintaining a consistent 12% annual income growth, overseeing multi million dollar monthly rent rolls.
Based in Quincy, MA, I now serve as a Fractional COO for growth-minded founders.
